Launching our 1897 Society

We are delighted to inaugurate our Loreto Normanhurst 1897 Society in honour of our community and generosity. Read on to learn more.

Loreto Normanhurst community members, like you, are the custodians of a proud tradition spanning more than 400 years. The education of future generations of Loreto women - young people of grit, independence, service, creativity, faith and strong voice - is enriched by their connection with the alumnae, donors, former families and former staff who precede them. Our students draw strength from the support of a global Loreto family.

You may like to express this support by making a legacy gift or bequest in your Will. We have established the 1897 Society to demonstrate our gratitude to those who commit to leaving a gift for our shared vision of a dynamic, progressive future for Loreto Normanhurst.

Should you wish to inform us of your bequest and become a member of the 1897 Society, it allows us to acknowledge your gift in your lifetime. A gift to girls' education is indeed a powerful one to bestow. We will be honoured to invite members of the 1897 Society as special guests to school functions to connect with other like-minded donors and members of our community.

We invite you to explore our 1897 Society booklet and the opportunity to make a legacy gift by clicking here.
