To celebrate the 125th anniversary of Loreto Normanhurst, the ‘Loreto Normanhurst 125 Years Cookbook’ - an extraordinary collection of favourite recipes, special memories, and historical anecdotes - is now available to order.

Printed in Australia on responsibly sourced paper, this limited-edition treasure trove is available to order NOW - simply click here. A limited print run means orders must be placed to secure copies of the cookbook. Pre orders have been extended and close Thursday, 18 August! The cookbook will be ready for postage or collection in October 2022.

This beautifully designed, hardcover keepsake features more than 270 treasured family recipes from our Loreto Normanhurst community past and present. The cookbook shares a variety of recipes, from delicious breakfast dishes, easy weeknight dinners and country cooking to charming morning teas, celebratory feasts, and festive Christmas inspiration.

In addition to recipes, the cookbook highlights photographs, anecdotes and memories from the School’s beginnings in 1897 to the present day. As a special feature, QR codes provide links to bonus stories, videos and photographs.

The Loreto Normanhurst Cookbook Committee members have been working hard, now adding the final touches to the many pages featuring delicious recipes and fabulous photography. The committee have been busy testing recipes, proofing and editing copy and holding the all-important front cover photo shoot! From their first meeting as a volunteer committee in August 2021; the journey is almost complete.
