‘Our Open Table’ is a wonderful 464-page collection of family-favourite recipes, special memories and historical anecdotes. The cookbook has been created by the Parent Association of Loreto in celebration of 125 years of Loreto Normanhurst.

Printed in Australia on responsibly-sourced paper, this beautifully designed, hardcover keepsake features more than 250 treasured recipes from our Loreto Normanhurst community far and wide, past and present. ‘Our Open Table’ shares a colourful variety of delicious breakfast dishes, easy weeknight dinners and country cooking, as well as charming morning teas, celebratory feasts and festive Christmas inspiration.

The cookbook also features photographs, stories and memories from the School’s beginnings in 1897 to the present day. As a special feature, QR codes provide links to bonus stories, videos and photographs.
