Loreto connections were warmly celebrated at this year’s Canberra Alumnae Reunion, a long-standing tradition that has brought ex-students together for more than two decades.

Alumnae from across Australia gathered for a meaningful day of reflection and connection, representing Loreto schools from Melbourne, Ballarat, Adelaide, Brisbane, Kenya and Sydney, including both Normanhurst and Kirribilli. The day began with Mass at St Francis Xavier’s Church, followed by a relaxed luncheon where conversation, laughter and shared memories flowed easily.

The reunion continues to be a wonderful reminder of the strength and reach of the Loreto network, bringing together women of all ages who share a common foundation in Mary Ward’s values. For many, it is a highlight of the year – an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, form new connections and celebrate what it means to be part of the Loreto community.

In the spirit of giving that underpins a Loreto education, the gathering also raised $2,000 in support of Mary Ward International.
